Front Office Department
This department is the heart of our guest service experience. We’re looking for individuals who are courteous, detail-oriented, and passionate about customer service.
- Head Chief (Front Office Supervisor)
Lead and manage front office operations with efficiency and professionalism. Responsibilities include managing guest check-ins/check-outs, overseeing reservations, and ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure. - Bar Man (Bartender)
Create and serve beverages with flair! We’re seeking someone with excellent drink-making skills, strong product knowledge, and the ability to interact warmly with guests.
Housekeeping Department
Cleanliness and comfort are crucial in the hospitality industry, and we value staff who are meticulous and hardworking.
- Housekeeper
Responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, common areas, and lodges. Must be detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to ensuring a spotless environment for guests.
Food & Beverage Service
Dining is one of the highlights of a guest’s stay, and we are looking for service staff who can deliver unforgettable meals with charm and precision.
- Waiter / Waitress
Provide excellent table service, manage guest orders efficiently, and create a welcoming atmosphere in the dining area. Previous experience in food service is a plus.
