Key Responsibilities
As a Driver at BETL, you will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing safe, reliable, and timely transport for staff, visitors, and goods.
- Maintaining company vehicles in excellent condition, ensuring all documents are up-to-date.
- Delivering and collecting goods, supplies, and important documents.
- Assisting with procurement and property scouting activities.
- Supporting office and center-level logistics operations.
- Keeping accurate records and ensuring timely reporting of all activities.
Requirements
BETL is seeking candidates who are proactive, reliable, and capable of working with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have:
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in driving, logistics, or operational support.
- Strong knowledge of Dar es Salaam and surrounding areas.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Kiswahili and basic English.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- NIT Advanced Certificate or equivalent.
