1. DRIVER GRADE II – 8 Positions Available
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect the vehicle before and after trips to ensure safety.
- Transport staff to various official destinations.
- Conduct basic vehicle maintenance and cleaning.
- Maintain and update the vehicle logbook for all trips.
- Collect and deliver official documents.
- Perform any other duties assigned by a supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have completed Form IV (O-Level).
- Valid Driving License Class E or C.
- At least 1 year of accident-free driving experience.

2. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT GRADE II – 2 Positions Available

Key Responsibilities:
- Retrieve and manage requested files and records.
- Register and control incoming and outgoing documents.
- Classify and box records for easy office reference.
- Store documents in designated racks or file cabinets.
- Handle official correspondence and archiving.
- Respond to record requests from government institutions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by a supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Completed Form IV or Form VI.
- Must hold a Diploma in Records Management from a government-recognized institution.
Salary Scale: TGS C
