Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Contract Type: One-Year Graduate Trainee Program
Program Duration: July 7, 2025 – June 30, 2026
Program Overview
The CCL Global Graduate Program is a one-year rotational training initiative aimed at nurturing the next generation of industry leaders. Graduate trainees will gain practical experience in various departments, supported by expert mentors and a collaborative environment.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work across diverse teams and departments, contributing to impactful projects and gaining a competitive edge in the job market.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Academic Qualifications: A minimum of an Upper Second Class Bachelor’s Degree.
- Transcript: Must provide an official academic transcript indicating the graduation date and class of degree attained.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and embrace new tools, environments, and methodologies.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic work setting.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and across departments.

- Bachelor’s in Environmental Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
5. Contracts & Procurement
- Bachelor’s in Procurement, Contract Management, Law, or Supply Chain Management
6. Local Content
- Bachelor’s in Law or Data Management
7. Land & Social Affairs
- Bachelor’s in Law or Data Management
8. Project – Local Partners Contract Coordinator
- Bachelor’s in Project Management
9. Project – Engineering Coordinator
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
10. Regulatory Compliance & Risk
- Degree in Law, Engineering, Natural Science, Construction, or Environmental Studies
11. Legal Department
