1. Records Management Assistant II – 4 Positions
Key Duties:
- Register incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Distribute and track files to and from officers, also
- Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure file circulation within the organization
Qualifications:
Advanced
- Certificate of Secondary Education (Form IV or VI)
- Diploma (NTA Level 6) in Records Management from a recognized institution, and also
- Computer literacy is essential
Salary Scale: Government Salary Scale TGS C
2. Office Management Secretary II – 4 Positions
Key Duties:
- Typing official and confidential documents
- Receiving and guiding office visitors
- Managing schedules, appointments, and official meetings
- Organizing and maintaining office files and supplies, also
- Performing other duties as assigned by a supervisor
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Secondary Education (Form IV or VI)
- Diploma (NTA Level 6) in Secretarial Studies
- Must have passed shorthand in Swahili and English at 100 words per minute, also
- Must have training in office computer programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Email, and Publisher
Salary Scale: Government Salary Scale TGS C
3. Driver II – 6 Positions
Key Duties:
- Conduct vehicle inspections before and after trips
- Transport staff to various work destinations
- Perform minor vehicle repairs
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Secondary Education (Form IV)
- Valid Class E or C driving license with at least one year of experience and no accident record
- Certificate of Basic Driving Course from VETA or a government-recognized institution
Salary Scale: Government Salary Scale TGS B
General Requirements for All Applicants:
- Firstly Applicant Must be a Tanzanian citizen under 45 years old (except current government employees)
- Persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply and should declare their disability status in the system
- Certified birth certificate and signed application letter must be attached
- A comprehensive CV with contact details and three referees must be included, also
- Attach verified academic and professional certificates (no provisional results or result slips allowed)
- Applicants with foreign qualifications must have their certificates verified by TCU, NACTE, or NECTA
- Retired public servants are not eligible unless they have clearance from the Chief Secretary
- Applicants already employed in entry-level government positions are not eligible
