About the Role
As a Data Entry Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting transport operations by managing critical data, generating reports, and assisting with administrative tasks. Position: Data Entry Intern
Location: Dar es Salaam
Duration: 3 Months
Reporting To: Transport Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update client, vehicle, and route data into company systems
- Monitor and log vehicle mileage, maintenance schedules, and route efficiency
- Prepare daily and weekly data reports for the Transport Manager
- Assist in organizing fleet documents and digital records
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies in data entries
- Provide general administrative support to the transport team
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with database tools
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Clear communication skills in both English and Swahili
- A collaborative mindset and professional attitude
Educational Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a diploma or degree in:
- Information Technology
- Business Administration
- Statistics
- Logistics
- Or a related discipline
