What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

  • Design eye-catching visuals and write captivating captions for social media, blogs, and digital campaigns
  • Use tools like Canva and basic video editing software to produce content for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
  • Extract key insights and quotes from programs and events for digital posts

Social Media Management

  • Plan and schedule content across platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube
  • Monitor trends, respond to followers, and build community engagement

Strategy & Planning

  • Create content calendars that align with organizational campaigns
  • Use performance analytics to fine-tune content and reach broader audiences

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track engagement, impressions, and growth metrics
  • Submit monthly and quarterly reports to guide future content strategies

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work alongside program teams, designers, and other creatives to ensure consistent branding and messaging

What You’ll Bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Mass Media, Public Relations, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of basic experience in digital content creation (including personal or volunteer projects)
  • Comfort using platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X
    • Hands-on skills with Canva, basic video editing, and content scheduling tools
  • A flair for storytelling, strong writing, and a good visual sense
