About the Opportunity
Jitegemee Holdings is a leading player in promoting eco-friendly energy alternatives. The Direct Sales role focuses on marketing and selling coal briquettes—an affordable and environmentally responsible energy solution—to households and businesses in Tanzania.
As a Direct Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Driving sales of coal briquettes in your assigned territory.
- Building strong customer relationships and networks.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Reporting on sales activities and market trends.
Target Sales Areas
The direct sales positions are available in the following regions:
- Ruvuma
- Dodoma
- Mbeya
- Dar es Salaam
- Njombe
Minimum Job Requirements
To qualify for this role, applicants must have:
- Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in coal briquettes or alternative energy products.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- High self-motivation, resilience, and ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and readiness for frequent travel.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and CRM usage.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with the following will have an added advantage:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Familiarity with rural and semi-urban markets.
- Fluency in local languages and deep cultural knowledge of the target region.
