About the Role
The Sales Admin & Data Analyst will play a vital role in ensuring smooth sales order processing, efficient customer coordination, and accurate data reporting. You will be responsible for analyzing sales performance, tracking KPIs, and supporting the sales team with timely insights to boost productivity and market impact.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, your main duties will include:
- Sales Order Processing:
- Receive, process, and track customer orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure compliance with credit and payment policies.
- Customer & Distributor Support:
- Handle sales and order inquiries promptly.
- Manage and update the sales activity application.
- Verify distributor/customer claims and process approved payments.
- Sales Data & Reporting:
- Compile and analyze sales performance data versus set targets (monthly, by sales rep, region, etc.).
- Generate monthly and ad-hoc sales reports for management and headquarters.
- Monitor sales KPIs and provide actionable insights to management.
Required Qualifications
To succeed in this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment (sales administration background preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP Business One ERP is an added advantage.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
