1. Job Title: Foreign Procurement Officer

Location: Dar es Salaam
Department: Logistics
Reporting To: Supply Chain Manager

Job Purpose:

As a Foreign Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for managing the international procurement of goods and operational services. You will ensure compliance with company policies and Tanzanian procurement regulations, focusing on cost-effective, timely delivery of quality goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process Purchase Requests (PRs) in accordance with SOPs.
  • Source and negotiate with international suppliers for best pricing and terms.
  • Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring documentation accuracy.
  • Monitor deliveries, verify goods, and liaise with clearance specialists.
  • Handle all foreign procurement data on Elsewedy systems and update databases.
  • Coordinate with finance for timely vendor payments.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards and support safety initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in international procurement; customs and freight forwarding knowledge is an advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and proficiency in ERP systems.
  • Fluency in English and numerical acumen.

2. Job Title: Receptionist & GM Assistant

Location: Dar es Salaam
Experience Required: 3–4 Years

Job Purpose:

The Receptionist & GM Assistant will ensure smooth administrative operations at the front desk while supporting the General Manager (GM) with daily tasks, travel coordination, and office management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming invoices and process payment requests.
  • Coordinate travel bookings (flights, hotels, transport) and mobile network accounts.
  • Organize and file documentation, handle mail and package dispatch.
  • Maintain office and kitchen supply inventory.
  • Supervise drivers, cleaners, and office maintenance activities.
  • Support the Egypt project team with logistics and scheduling.
  • Manage GM’s calendar, travel plans, and internal communication.
  • Assist in HR and event coordination as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software tools.
  • Customer service mindset and problem-solving ability.
  • Adaptability and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
