The Equity Bank Graduate Development Program is a flagship initiative aimed at attracting and nurturing top graduates to become future leaders in the banking sector. Over the course of two years, selected candidates will embark on an immersive, experiential learning journey aligned with the Bank’s vision of championing socio-economic prosperity across Africa.
Through job rotations, leadership development workshops, mentorship sessions, and innovation challenges, participants will be empowered to grow both personally and professionally.

Who Can Apply?
The program is open exclusively to Tanzanian nationals who meet the following requirements:
Education and Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with a minimum GPA of 3.5 or equivalent.
- Must be a recent graduate (2023 – 2025) from an accredited higher learning institution.
- Open to graduates from diverse fields including Finance, Business, Economics, IT, Data Science, HR, Marketing, and Law.
Desired Skills and Characteristics
- Strong knowledge of future-oriented skills such as data analytics, process automation, data science, sustainability, digital proficiency, and change management.
- Excellent problem-solving, adaptability, and resilience in complex situations.
