Position: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Location: Arusha
Reports To: HR and Administration Manager
Deadline: Tuesday, 12th August 2025

This role demands a high-performing individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll provide top-tier executive and administrative support to the CEO, ensuring seamless coordination and implementation of strategic priorities

Key Responsibilities

Meetings & Communication

  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, and presentations.
  • Draft official correspondence, speeches, and briefing notes.
  • Coordinate logistics for CEO’s meetings, events, and workshops.
  • Monitor action items and follow up on timely execution.

Calendar & Travel Management

  • Manage the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and travel plans.
  • Plan and organize events involving the CEO.
  • Ensure all engagements are efficiently scheduled with timely reminders.

Representation & Liaison

  • Represent the CEO in technical or preparatory meetings when delegated.
  • Compile and share meeting summaries with relevant stakeholders.

Office Support & Coordination
