Job Summary
This role involves managing customer inquiries, closing group business deals, and driving sales growth within the hospitality industry. The Sales & Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in strengthening client relationships, conducting site inspections, and ensuring seamless service delivery to achieve group revenue goals.
Core Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and act as the property’s liaison for sales.
- Develop and execute property sales plans aligned with revenue goals.
- Identify and close new business opportunities through negotiations and upselling.
- Partner with event management teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Build strong community and client relationships to expand customer base.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead.
- Conduct site inspections, manage proposals, contracts, and customer communications.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hotel Management.
- At least 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing (hospitality experience preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Previous experience with international brands is an added advantage.
