1. Human Resources Assistant – May 2025
The Human Resources Assistant will support daily HR functions, focusing on employee records, recruitment, training, staff relations, leave tracking, and internal communication. This position acts as the first point of contact for routine HR matters, with escalations directed to the HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personnel File Management: Maintain complete and accurate personnel records (hard and soft copies) within the HR system.
- Training Planning & Execution: Conduct needs assessments, develop training calendars, prepare budgets, source consultants, and coordinate training logistics.
- Employee Relations & Grievances: Address complaints, manage employee relations, ensure prompt and fair conflict resolution, and liaise with supervisors on HR matters.
- Committee Coordination: Facilitate communication across staff committees and maintain thorough documentation of meetings and feedback.
- Health & Exit Management: Supervise clinic activities, health programs, and conduct exit interviews.
- Leave Management: Coordinate employee leave schedules in collaboration with the administration.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in job profiling, vacancy postings, interview logistics, reference checks, and offer letters.
- Other Duties: Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
2. Grower – May 2025
The Grower will be responsible for watering, fertilization, and climate control of horticultural crops. This role is essential in ensuring optimal crop development through effective agronomic practices. Fides Tanzania Ltd Vacancies May 2025
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with superiors for daily job instructions.
- Water crops as needed, based on crop requirements and weather conditions.
- Monitor plant growth and report findings to the Agronomy Manager.
- Conduct pre-planting activities including disinfection of irrigation systems.
- Report irrigation system faults and suggest adjustments based on plant needs.
- Maintain appropriate humidity, temperature, and light conditions in greenhouses.
- Ensure moisture consistency in tunnels and propagation areas.
- Report and recommend corrective actions for deviations in crop cultivation such as EC/pH, irrigation, or shading anomalies.

Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE); agricultural studies at this level is an added advantage.
- Mandatory: Basic Certificate in General Agriculture or a related field.
- Strong Advantage: Diploma in General Agriculture or closely related discipline.
- Good communication and computer skills are considered an added advantage.
