About the Role

The Finance & Administration Officer will play a vital role in ensuring efficient financial management and smooth administrative operations. The position requires someone detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about transparency and accountability in nonprofit work.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing daily financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.
Preparing financial reports and ensuring compliance with donor requirements.
Supporting audits, budgeting, and fund management.
Handling administrative functions to support program implementation.
Promoting transparent and effective use of resources.

Candidate Requirements

To succeed in this role, applicants should meet the following qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting or finance (NGO or private sector).
Knowledge of fund accounting and donor compliance is an added advantage.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team environment.
