1. Finance Officer (2 Positions)
Location: Dar es Salaam (Country Office)

Job Purpose
The Finance Officer will provide financial and administrative oversight for the organization’s operations. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, effective budget control, compliance with donor and statutory requirements, and supports both internal and external audits. Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial operations and reporting.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support donor reporting.
- Supervise and verify transactions from field offices.
- Support in budgeting, audit preparation, and procurement processes.
- Train staff on financial policies and cost-effective practices.
- Ensure documentation, compliance, and financial accountability.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in finance, procurement, or admin.
- Proficiency in budget planning and financial reporting.
- CPA or ACCA qualification is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
2. Area Accounts Manager (8 Positions)
Locations: Dar es Salaam, Iringa, Mbeya, Morogoro, Mwanza, Singida, Tanga

Job Purpose
Area Accounts Managers will oversee the financial activities of various regional offices. The role involves team supervision, voucher preparation, financial reporting, procurement, and adherence to both donor and internal compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily financial records and prepare monthly reports.
- Ensure accurate entries in the accounting system (SBI).
- Verify expenses against budget lines and project codes.
- Manage provisions such as rent, depreciation, and insurance.
- Support audit processes, documentation, and procurement tasks.
- Guide field teams on budget development and compliance.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA certification is mandatory; additional qualifications like ACCA or CIA are an asset.
- Familiarity with NGO finance and donor compliance standards.
- Experience in managing finances in field project settings.
