Key Responsibilities
As the Head of Operations & ICT, you will:
- Architect and execute the overall ICT strategy for the bank.
- Oversee infrastructure and network operations to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Develop and implement business continuity and disaster recovery protocols.
- Lead IT service management and deliver high-quality support.
- Ensure compliance with ICT policies, governance, and risk management frameworks.
- Mentor, guide, and build capacity within ICT and operations teams.
- Manage ICT budgets, vendor relationships, and service-level agreements.
- Drive innovation through ICT projects that support business growth.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree is a strong advantage.
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in ICT and Operations, including 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Professional certifications such as CCNA, CISA, and MCSE.
