Position: Human Resources and Administration Officer
Location: Dar es Salaam

Key Responsibilities
As the HR and Administration Officer, you will play a critical role in managing and enhancing HR and admin functions across BETL’s projects. Your key responsibilities include:
- Recruitment & Staffing: Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle—job postings, resume screening, interviews—and introduce innovative strategies to attract top talent.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date employee records.
- Policy & SOP Development: Support the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistent, efficient operations across all departments.
- Data Management: Ensure secure and accurate data handling across HR platforms.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with all BRAC support functions to ensure streamlined service delivery and staff support.
- Additional Duties: Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the manager.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months in HR, administration, procurement, or compliance.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- High proficiency in office software and HR systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to personal growth and process improvement.
