The ICT User Support Intern will work closely with IHI’s ICT team to ensure smooth and secure operations of the organization’s IT infrastructure. This role involves supporting users, maintaining networks, managing systems, and enhancing digital communication within the Institute.
Key Responsibilities
As an ICT User Support Intern, you will:
- Provide timely IT support to users to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Manage and monitor the branch LAN infrastructure to detect and resolve performance issues.
- Implement internal document-sharing systems to reduce redundancy, improve data security, and optimize network performance.
- Conduct daily checks on network devices to ensure stable connectivity.
- Install and manage branch printing systems and support user access.
- Facilitate wireless network access for staff and ensure smooth branch communication.
- Assist in software installations and updates to meet user and system requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all ICT devices and computers, including specifications and user details.
- Perform quarterly preventive maintenance on IHI computers.
- Support effective internal communication by ensuring the availability and functionality of desktop phones across offices.

Qualifications
