1. Records Management Assistant II – (2 Positions)
Qualifications:
- Must have completed Form IV or Form VI.
- Must hold a Diploma (NTA Level 6) in Records Management from a recognized institution.
- Basic computer skills are essential.
Duties:
- Register incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Distribute and track files within departments.
- Retrieve and archive official documents.
- Maintain a proper filing system.
Salary Scale: Government Salary Scale TGS C.
2. Driver II – (4 Positions)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of Form IV education.
- Must have a valid Class C or E Driving License with at least one year of accident-free experience.
- Must have attended a Basic Driving Course from VETA or any other government-recognized training institute.
Duties:
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Drive staff to official destinations.
- Perform minor vehicle maintenance.
- Keep accurate records in the logbook.
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness and safety.
Salary Scale: Government Salary Scale TGS B.
3. Kitchen Attendant I – (2 Positions)
Qualifications:
- Completed Form IV education.
- Minimum three years of experience in a similar role.
Duties:
- Wash cooking and serving utensils.
- Maintain cleanliness in dining and kitchen areas.
- Assist chefs with food preparation.
- Ensure hygiene standards are met in all food service areas.

4. Community Development Assistant II – (4 Positions)
Qualifications:
- Completed Form IV education.
- Must hold a Certificate in Community Development, Sociology, Project Management, Rural Development, or any related field from a recognized institution.
Duties:
- Assist in planning and implementing community development projects.
- Educate the community on self-employment and development strategies.
- Help form and support local development groups.
- Report on development activities to village leadership and supervisors.
- Identify opportunities for economic empowerment of vulnerable households.
Salary Scale: Government Salary Scale TGS B.
General Application Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be Tanzanian citizens, aged between 18 and 45 years.
- Attach a birth certificate.
- Include a detailed CV, active contact numbers, and names of reliable referees.
- Upload certified academic and professional certificates relevant to the position.
- Statement of Results, provisional results, or Form IV/VI result slips are not accepted.
- Attach two recent passport-size photos.
- Applicants with foreign qualifications must have them verified by NACTE, TCU, or NECTA.
- Retired public servants are not allowed to apply unless authorized by the Chief Secretary.
