Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Intern, you will:
- Support the customer service department in day-to-day operations.
- Make daily follow-up calls to customers and sales officers across rural Tanzania.
- Assist customers by addressing product inquiries and service-related concerns.
- Recommend appropriate products and services to new and existing clients.
Candidate Profile
We’re looking for passionate individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Recent graduates with a Diploma or Degree in Customer Service, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with targets.
- Great listener with a proactive attitude.
- Able to work under minimal supervision.
- Fluent in Kiswahili, with strong English communication skills.
