1: Office Management Secretary Grade II – 12 Vacancies
Key Responsibilities:
- Typing official and confidential documents
- Receiving and directing visitors
- Managing schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements
- Retrieving and organizing required files and documents
- Distributing incoming files to respective departments
- Maintaining file and document records
- Assisting in preparing meetings and taking minutes

Minimum Qualifications:
- Holder of a Certificate of Secondary Education (Form IV or Form VI)
- Diploma in Secretarial Studies or NTA Level 6 Certificate in Secretarial Services
- Must have passed shorthand typing in both Swahili and English at 100 wpm
- Proficient in office computer programs such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Email
- Certification must be from a government-recognized institution
Salary Scale: Government Salary Scale TGS C
2: Driver Grade II – 3 Vacancies
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspecting the vehicle before and after trips for safety
- Driving staff on official assignments
- Performing minor vehicle maintenance
- Maintaining the vehicle logbook
- Distributing official documents
- Cleaning and maintaining vehicle hygiene
- Performing other assigned duties
Minimum Qualifications:
- Completed Secondary Education (Form IV) and holds a valid certificate
- Must possess a valid Class ‘E’ or ‘C’ driving license
- Minimum of one year driving experience without accident
- Possession of Basic Driving Course certificate from VETA or any recognized institution
Salary Scale: Government Salary Scale TGS B
General Application Requirements:
- Must be a Tanzanian citizen aged between 18 and 45 years
