LuckyWell Tanzania Limited is seeking a dynamic Marketing Officer to lead our marketing initiatives and help propel our brand to new heights. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with strategic thinking to execute marketing campaigns that engage customers, strengthen brand presence, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and track marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring maximum reach and impact.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging business opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends.
- Manage the company’s social media presence and digital marketing initiatives to enhance online visibility.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Prepare compelling marketing materials, reports, and promotional content.
- Provide insights and support to the sales team with strategic marketing initiatives.
- Organize and coordinate marketing events, exhibitions, product launches, and other promotional activities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a marketing role.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and creative skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and Microsoft Office applications.
