1. Office Management Secretary Grade II – 2 Positions

Qualifications:

Form Four Certificate.
Diploma in Secretarial Studies or NTA Level 6 in Secretarial Training.
Must have passed shorthand typing in both English and Kiswahili at 80 words per minute.
Proficiency in office computer applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Internet, and Publisher) from a government-recognized institution.

Key Responsibilities:

Typing letters, reports, and both confidential and routine documents.
Receiving guests and addressing their concerns or guiding them appropriately.
Managing schedules, meeting dates, and official appointments.
Retrieving and organizing relevant files and documents.
Distributing files and documents within departments.
Filing and maintaining archives.
Preparing meeting agendas and required materials.
Compiling office supply requirements.
Performing any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Salary Scale: Government Salary Grade TGS C1.

2. Records Management Assistant Grade II – 7 Positions

Qualifications:

Certificate of Secondary Education (Form IV or Form VI).
Diploma or NTA Level 6 in Records and Archives Management from a recognized institution.
Must have basic computer skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Registering incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Distributing and retrieving files to and from officers.
Managing file tracking within the organization.
Returning and maintaining files in their designated storage areas.

Salary Scale: Government Salary Grade TGS C1.

3. Driver Grade II – 5 Positions

Qualifications:

Form IV Certificate.
Class C or E Driving License with at least one year of driving experience without causing an accident.
Basic Driving Course Certificate from VETA or another government-accredited institution.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspecting vehicles before and after trips for safety.
Transporting staff to official duties.
Performing minor vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Delivering and collecting official documents.
Maintaining accurate vehicle logbooks.
Keeping the vehicle clean and in good condition.

Salary Scale: Government Salary Grade TGS B1.

General Requirements

Applicants must be Tanzanian citizens aged between 18 and 45.
Attach a detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV) including active contact details and three reliable referees.
Government employees must channel their applications through their current employers.
Certified copies of education and professional certificates are required:
- Form IV and VI certificates.
- Diploma/Professional Training Certificates.
- Computer Training Certificates.

Applicants with foreign qualifications must have their documents verified by TCU, NECTA, or NACTE.
Retired public servants are not eligible unless officially cleared by the Chief Secretary.
