2. Investor Relations and Performance Analyst Manager

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration (Master’s in Finance or Strategic Management is an added advantage).
- Certification in Power BI, Tableau, Adobe Illustrator, or similar data visualization tools is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial reporting, performance monitoring, or investor relations—preferably in the banking/financial sector.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, regulatory compliance, and capital markets.
