1. Driver Grade II – 5 Positions
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspect vehicles before and after trips to ensure roadworthiness.
- Safely transport staff on official assignments.
- Perform minor vehicle maintenance tasks.
- Distribute and collect official documents.
- Record all trips in the official vehicle logbook.
- Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle.
- Carry out any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Holder of a Form IV certificate.
- Valid Class E or C driving license with at least one year of accident-free driving experience.
- Must have completed a Basic Driving Course from VETA or another government-recognized institution.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Type letters, reports, and confidential documents.
- Receive guests and assist with inquiries.
