1. Sales & Marketing Officers (6 Positions)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
Promote and sell our building materials in and outside Dar es Salaam.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

Certificate or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Previous experience in sales or marketing is an added advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
A proactive, goal-oriented mindset.

2. Digital Marketing Specialists (2 Positions)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow the company’s social media presence.
Create and post engaging content (graphics, videos, captions).
Run and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
Analyze digital metrics and support the sales team with leads.
Follow up on customer inquiries and close digital sales.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communication, IT, or related field.
Skills in graphic design and video editing.
Familiarity with SEO, Meta Ads Manager, and online branding strategies.
Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop.
Passion for digital trends and creative marketing.

3. Sales & Marketing Manager (1 Position)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
Lead and manage the performance of sales teams and freelancers.
Analyze market trends and generate reports.
Enhance brand positioning and sales in the building materials sector.
Report directly to the Managing Director.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
Proven leadership experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of B2B markets, especially in the building materials sector.
Excellent organizational and team management skills.

4. Freelance Sales Agents (20 Positions)

Key Responsibilities:

Approach new clients including hardware stores and construction sites.
Promote and sell company products.
Submit regular sales updates.
Earn attractive performance-based commissions.

Requirements:

Prior sales experience is an advantage, but not required.
Must own a smartphone and have basic digital literacy.
Confident, self-motivated, and results-driven.
No formal education requirements—your effort matters most
