About the Program
MCCL’s Technicians and Graduates Trainee Program is structured to develop well-rounded professionals who can contribute meaningfully to the company’s growth. It targets recent diploma and degree graduates who are eager to gain practical skills and become future leaders in their respective fields.

Who Should Apply?
MCCL is looking for motivated graduates and diploma holders who completed their studies within the past two years and performed well academically. Eligible fields of study include:
Diploma Level:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- Laboratory Science and Technology
Bachelor’s Degree Level:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
- Human Resources or Public Administration
- Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Also
- Accounts and Finance (CPA holders will have an added advantage)
