1: Driver Grade II (5 Vacancies)
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect the vehicle before and after each trip to ensure roadworthiness.
- Transport staff to official assignments.
- Perform minor mechanical maintenance.
- Collect and deliver official documents.
- Maintain a detailed logbook for all journeys.
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness.
- Perform any other duties as directed by the supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A valid Certificate of Secondary Education (Form IV).
- A valid Class E or C driving license, held for at least one year with a clean driving record.
- Completion of a Basic Driving Course from VETA or another government-recognized institution.

2: Records Management Assistant Grade II (4 Vacancies)
Key Responsibilities:
- Register incoming and outgoing correspondence in the official register.
- Distribute files to and from officers for action.
- Track the movement of files within the institution.
- Ensure proper filing and storage of records.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Certificate of Secondary Education (Form IV or VI).
- A recognized Diploma (NTA Level 6) in Records Management or Archives from a government-accredited institution.
- Basic computer literacy.
Salary Scale: TGS C
