Job Summary
The Auto–Electrical Technician will be primarily responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing GPS tracking devices in client vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install GPS tracking devices in vehicles.
- Perform regular diagnostics and troubleshooting of non-functional devices.
- Support the tracking team in identifying and resolving device-related issues.
- Report any detected tampering to supervisors and customers immediately.
- Collect necessary equipment from the office prior to installations.
- Accurately complete job cards and submit them post-service.
- Provide installation updates to relevant teams.
- Contact clients for device maintenance or replacements.
- Assist in root cause analysis of tracking issues.
- Maintain confidentiality of client data and installation processes.
- Keep toolkits and inventory organized and updated.
- Log detailed installation records including vehicle details and device specifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Recover vehicles from customers who default on payments, including shift work.
- Respond to threat alerts and take prompt ground-level actions.
- Investigate vehicle locations through surveillance, interviews, and research.
- Keep detailed logs of repossession activities and customer interactions.
- Ensure full compliance with company and legal protocols.
- Maintain respectful and clear communication with customers.
- Follow strict safety procedures during recovery operations.
- Assist with loan recovery and support the collection of accounts receivable.
- Negotiate and implement debt repayment plans.
- Prepare restructuring plans and monitor aging loans.
- Coordinate the timely resale of repossessed assets.
