  • Classify and organize files based on relevant topics.
  • Store documents properly in record rooms or file cabinets.
  • File letters and official documents accurately, also
  • Handle document requests from government institutions.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate of Secondary Education (Form IV/VI).
  • Diploma or NTA Level 6 in Records Management from a recognized institution, but also

Position 3: Office Management Secretary II – 5 Positions

Responsibilities:

  • Type official letters, reports, and confidential documents.
  • Receive and assist visitors.
  • Manage appointments, visitor logs, meeting dates, and travel schedules.
  • Retrieve relevant files and documents. also
  • Distribute files to appropriate departments or officers.
  • Maintain an organized file return system.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and logistics.

General Requirements for All Applicants:
