1. Driver II – 7 Vacancies
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect the vehicle before and after trips to ensure it is roadworthy.
- Transport staff to various official assignments.
- Perform minor vehicle repairs.
- Maintain a trip logbook (“log book”) for all journeys.
- Collect and deliver documents and other official materials.
- Clean and maintain the vehicle regularly, and also
- Perform other duties as directed by your supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have completed Form Four and hold a valid Class ‘C’ or ‘E’ driving license.
- Must have at least one year of accident-free driving experience.
- Must have attended a Basic Driving Course from VETA or any government-recognized institution.

2. Records Management Assistant II – 2 Vacancies
Key Responsibilities:
- firstly Record all incoming mail in the official register.
- Record and dispatch all outgoing mail.
- Distribute files to responsible departments and officials.
- Receive returned files and ensure proper re-filing.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure file tracking, and also
- Monitor the circulation of files within the institution.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have completed Form Four (CSEE) or Form Six (ACSEE).
- Must hold a Diploma (NTA Level 6) in Records Management from a recognized institution, Also
