1. Records Management Assistant II (4 Positions)
Job Responsibilities:
- Register incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Distribute and retrieve files within the organization.
- Locate and retrieve records needed by staff.
- Return files to their storage locations.
- Monitor the movement of files within and outside the office.
Qualifications:
- Must have completed Form IV or Form VI education.
- Hold a Diploma (NTA Level 6) in Records Management from a government-recognized institution.
- Must be computer literate.
Salary Scale: Government Salary Scale TGS C
2. Driver II (5 Positions)
Job Responsibilities:
- Inspect vehicle condition before and after trips.
- Transport staff to various work destinations.
- Perform minor vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Distribute documents and perform other duties as assigned.
- Maintain a vehicle logbook and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle.
Qualifications:
- Completed Form IV or Form VI education.
- Possess a valid Class “E” or “C” driving license.
- Have a certificate supporting the driving license.
- At least one year of driving experience with no accidents.
- Completed basic driving training from VETA or a recognized institution.
Salary Scale: Government Salary Scale TGS B
3. Machine Operator II (1 Position)
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery without supervision.
- Set machine parameters based on work requirements.
- Perform basic maintenance and report faults.
- Accurately record fuel and material usage.
- Ensure proper use and cleanliness of equipment.
Qualifications:
- Completed Form IV education.
- Hold a valid Class “G” machinery operation license.
- Have relevant certification and at least 300 hours or 3 months of machine operation experience without incident.
Salary Scale: Government Salary Scale TGOS A
