The National Council for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (NACTVET) has officially announced the opening of the admission window for the 2025/2026 academic year. NACTVET Admission 2025, NACTVET Online Application 2025/2026 – Admission Now Open, This window applies to all applicants interested in enrolling in Certificate (Astashahada) and Diploma (Stashahada) programs across all accredited institutions under NACTVET’s jurisdiction, tvetims.nacte.go.tz/
Application Period:
Application for Admission into Health and Allied Sciences Certificate and Diploma programmes for academic year 2025/2026. The Deadline for application of First round:- Deadline 11/07/2025
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- In due course of application, you must have a VALID working email address; and mobile phone number.
- Kindly select your most preferred Programme according to your qualifications.
- You can select up to 12 institutions/programmes.
- The Application Fees is Tshs.15,000/= per institution and maximum of Tshs.45,000/= for the rest of the choices (Non-refundable).
- You will be issued a Control Number for the payment of the Application Fees.
- The payment can be made through Mobile Money services or Bank.

Categories and Application Procedures
There are two main pathways for application, depending on the nature and location of the course.
1. Courses Outside Health and Allied Sciences + All Courses in Zanzibar
- Application Mode: Directly to the respective colleges.
- Application Dates: 28 May – 11 July 2025.
2. Health and Allied Sciences Courses in Mainland Tanzania
- Application Mode: Central Admission System (CAS) via tvetims.nacte.go.tz/.
- Application Dates: 28 May – 11 July 2025.

- A unique verification code
- Verification at the Institution

How Direct Application to Colleges Works
- Multiple Applications Permitted
You can apply to multiple institutions directly. - Institution Forwards Data to NACTVET
After being selected, the college sends your information to NACTVET for verification. - Receive SMS Confirmation
You will get an SMS from NACTVET with a verification code. - Use the Code at the College
Submit your code at the institution to complete registration. - Final Confirmation on NACTVET Website
Verify your student registration via the student verification link on the NACTVET website.
