Position Overview: Direct Sales Agent (30 Positions)
- Location: Moshi Branch
- Supervisor: Business Development Manager (BDM)
- Contract Duration: 12 Months
As a Direct Sales Agent, your role will be to actively promote and sell NBC’s retail banking liability products, ensuring customers receive outstanding service while helping the bank achieve its sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively sell NBC’s deposit products by identifying customer needs.
- Generate high-quality leads and follow up efficiently to close sales.
- Take part in on-ground sales campaigns and activations.
- Ensure all new customers are fully onboarded and digitally connected.
- Guide customers through the account opening process in compliance with NBC policies.
- Maintain adherence to NBC’s risk and operational standards, including KYC and anti-money laundering procedures.
- Perform any other duties assigned by your line manager.
Minimum Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Minimum of Form Four (O-Level), Certificate, Diploma, or Degree.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Good knowledge of banking products and services.
- Sales-driven attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
