Job Summary

As a Direct Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling NBC’s retail banking liability products to meet and exceed set sales targets. You’ll engage customers proactively, provide excellent service, and ensure long-term client relationships while maintaining compliance with NBC’s operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and fulfill customer needs by selling liability (deposit) products.
2. Generate quality leads and follow up effectively to close sales.
3. Actively participate in sales campaigns and activations to meet specific targets.
4. Ensure all onboarded customers remain active and digitally connected.
5. Assist customers with account opening in line with NBC’s policies before submission to operations.
6. Adhere to NBC’s operational risk and compliance standards, including health & safety, KYC, and anti-money laundering regulations.
7. Perform any other related duties assigned by the line manager.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

• Education: At least Form Four, Certificate, Diploma, or Degree.
• Age: 18 years and above.
• Knowledge of banking products.
• Strong sales drive and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up skills.
• Ability to assess, prioritize, and execute tasks efficiently.
