1. Radiographer II – 2 Posts
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Radiography (Radiographer II) from a government-recognized institution.
- Must be registered with the Medical Radiology and Imaging Professional Council.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain radiotherapy machines and equipment.
- Provide accurate radiological examinations for patients.
- Inspect and ensure the quality of radiotherapy radiation.
- Supervise junior staff in the department.
- Offer professional advice on radiotherapy and imaging services.
- Prepare medical equipment and oversee sterilization processes.
- Provide initial training to newly assigned staff.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
2. Nurse II – 10 Posts
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Nursing from a government-recognized institution.
- Must be registered with the Tanzania Nursing and Midwifery Council.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of medical equipment, service areas, and surroundings.
- Assist patients with daily needs such as feeding, hygiene, and mobility.
- Collect dirty linen and send it for laundry.
- Deliver patient samples to laboratories and follow up on results.
- Transfer patients between departments.
- Take care of cleaning equipment.
- Receive, clean, and preserve bodies in the mortuary.
- Educate communities on personal and environmental hygiene to prevent disease outbreaks.
- Perform other related duties as instructed.
