Position: Driver Class II – 5 Posts
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect the vehicle before and after trips to ensure safety.
- Transport government staff to different work locations.
- Perform minor vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Deliver and distribute official documents as required.
- Accurately record all journeys in the official vehicle logbook.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, applicants must:
- Hold a Form IV certificate.
- Possess a valid Class E or C driver’s license, with at least one year of driving experience without any recorded accidents.
- Have successfully completed a Basic Driving Course from VETA or another government-recognized institution.
Salary Scale: According to Government Salary Scale TGS B.

- Drivers with Class E or C licenses must attach training certificates that qualify them for those license categories.
