Job Overview:
As a Cluster Manager, you’ll oversee multiple retail shops in a designated region, ensuring seamless sales operations, team coordination, and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for strategic thinkers with strong leadership and people management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support retail shops in your cluster
- Plan and execute sales activities to meet targets
- Monitor team performance and submit monthly reports
- Audit stock levels and ensure accurate inventory management
- Review financial records and ensure timely bank deposits
- Resolve customer and team issues proactively
- Manage customer credit follow-ups (defaulters)
- Ensure responsible use of company assets
- Utilize the sales monitoring software daily
