About the Internship
The Sales Intern (Paid) position is a three to six-month internship program where successful candidates will champion the promotion of Nikuze Finance’s products and services. Interns will work closely with the Head of Business Development and gain valuable exposure to real market strategies while engaging with clients across Dar es Salaam.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Intern at Nikuze Finance, you will:
- Market the institution’s products and services through door-to-door sales.
- Interact with potential customers and respond to inquiries in the field.
- Educate communities about Nikuze Finance’s financial solutions.
- Identify new sales opportunities and provide feedback to the team.
- Maintain and update a customer database for regular follow-ups.
- Report customer feedback to the Head of Business Development.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this internship, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field.
- Be a recent graduate (Class of 2023 or 2024).
- Possess good proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Reside in Dar es Salaam.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and reporting skills.
General Attributes Preferred
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Prior sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) is required.
