New 500 Vacancies Ajira Portal

1. Driver Grade II – (7 Vacancies)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Certificate of Secondary Education (Form IV)
  • A valid Class E or C driving license with at least one year of accident-free driving experience
  • Certificate in Basic Technical Training from VETA or any other government-recognized institution

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspecting vehicles before and after trips to ensure safety
  • Transporting staff to various work-related destinations
  • Performing minor vehicle repairs
  • Collecting and delivering official documents
  • Recording travel details in the vehicle logbook
  • Maintaining cleanliness of assigned vehicles
  • Any other related duties assigned by a supervisor

Salary Scale: Government Salary Scale TGS B

2. Office Management Secretary Grade II – (5 Vacancies)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Certificate of Secondary Education (Form IV or VI)
  • Diploma in Secretarial Studies or NTA Level 6 in Secretarial Studies
  • Proficiency in shorthand in both Kiswahili and English (80 words per minute)

Key Responsibilities:
