The Partnership Support Officer II will coordinate and support strategic partnerships related to TCB’s digital products, including loans, savings, insurance, and other innovative financial services. The role ensures smooth collaboration with partners, operational efficiency, and enhanced product performance.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Coordination & Support
- Monitor partnership performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Act as a liaison between internal product teams and external partners.
- Track partner commitments, resolve pending issues, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Maintain updated partnership databases, dashboards, and performance trackers.
- Draft and review correspondence, reports, proposals, and MoUs.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and product launches, including agendas, presentations, and minutes.
- Handle day-to-day partner requests and escalations efficiently.
Reporting & Monitoring
- Collect and analyze partnership performance data (customer adoption, transaction volumes, revenue).
- Prepare periodic performance reports for management.
- Support monitoring and evaluation to identify growth opportunities.
Product & Relationship Support
- Collaborate with internal teams (Digital Banking, Product Development, Operations, Marketing) to align partnership activities with business objectives.
- Manage partner relationships to ensure mutual benefit and sustainability.
- Provide insights on customer needs and market trends to optimize digital product performance.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, IT, or related fields.
- Knowledge of cash management, payments infrastructure, and digital banking technologies.
- Proven experience in leading teams and driving revenue growth.
- Strategic, commercial mindset with a client-focused approach.
- Strong understanding of financial products, regulatory compliance, and market trends.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
