What You’ll Do
As a Sales and Marketing Intern at TrustLink, you will:
- Prospect and onboard new clients for both personal and corporate insurance products.
- Clearly explain products, prepare quotes, and follow up to close sales.
- Support field activations, campus and SME outreach programs, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system and submit weekly reports.
- Coordinate with insurers on proposals, policy issuance, and renewals.
- Collect market insights and suggest product or process improvements.
- Represent TrustLink’s brand values at every client interaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Bachelor’s student/graduate in Marketing, Business, Insurance, or related fields.
- Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Comfort with meeting sales targets and working in the field as needed.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge and social media proficiency.
- High integrity, coachable mindset, and team-oriented approach.
- Prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
