Job Title: Sales Executive

Role Purpose
To sell Precision Air products and promote its network to achieve set sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Drive passenger sales and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor, evaluate, and recommend pricing levels to ensure expected yield, margin, and revenue targets are met.
- Safeguard Precision Air’s interests in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with the travel trade and corporate clients to enhance brand image and revenue growth.
- Provide input and participate in the development of new business opportunities (e.g., special prorate agreements, interline partnerships).
- Participate in the preparation of passenger revenue budgets.
- Recommend incentive schemes for travel agencies, government, and corporate clients to drive performance.
- Develop and monitor expenditure budgets and implement cost-control measures.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Performance Indicators
- Achievement of passenger and revenue targets in the assigned area.
- Noticeable growth in revenue and passenger numbers.
- Increase in corporate contracts.
- Effective incentive schemes for travel agents, government, and corporate travel.
- High standards in customer relationship management and operational efficiency.

- Must possess a valid police certificate of good conduct
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
