Job Title: Security Guards
Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
SECUREX is seeking dedicated, observant, and physically fit Security Guards to join its team in Dar es Salaam. The ideal candidates will be responsible for securing premises, ensuring the safety of employees and visitors, and acting swiftly in case of emergencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
- Monitor surveillance systems, alarms, and access control equipment.
- Conduct regular security inspections and risk assessments.
- Respond promptly and effectively to incidents and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities.
- Enforce safety policies and uphold company security procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be a Tanzanian citizen.
- Minimum education level: Form IV Certificate.
- Completion of JKT or Militia training is highly preferred.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong observational and communication skills.
- Ability to remain alert and calm in high-pressure situations.
- Must demonstrate discipline, reliability, and professionalism, also
- Residency in Dar es Salaam is required.
