Position: Senior Treasury Sales
Reports to: Head of FX Sales
Job Summary
DTB Bank is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Treasury Sales professional to join our Treasury Department. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in marketing foreign exchange products—including FX Spot, FX Forwards, and Derivatives—to a growing client base. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure top-tier execution standards for all front office transactions while maintaining excellent client service.
- Negotiate FX rates and structure tailored treasury solutions for clients.
- Develop and manage long-term, strategic client relationships.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities through consultative sales approaches.
- Achieve and exceed FX sales targets in collaboration with relationship managers and sales officers.
- Monitor exchange positions to ensure compliance with internal risk limits (Board/BRMC/ALCO).
- Maintain an active market intelligence network and expand the client base through regular outreach and a structured calling program.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Commerce, Banking, Finance, or a related discipline.
- ACI Dealing Certificate is mandatory.
- Proficiency in additional languages is an added advantage (e.g., Kutchi, Gujarati, Spanish, French, or Chinese).
