About the Role: Service Coordinator – Tanzania
As the Service Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in deploying and supporting GOAL 3’s groundbreaking IMPALA system, a smart solution designed to strengthen clinical impact and promote proactive care across Tanzanian hospitals.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the Deployment: Coordinate closely with hospitals, service providers, and public health authorities to roll out the IMPALA system with precision and purpose.
- Train & Empower: Deliver on-site training and support for healthcare workers, ensuring smooth integration of the system into everyday workflows.
- Strengthen Partnerships: Build trusted relationships with clinicians, hospital admins, and public health stakeholders to ensure local ownership and long-term success.
- Problem-Solve on the Ground: Tackle technical and operational challenges as they arise, ensuring continuous system performance and user satisfaction.
- Drive Innovation: Gather on-the-ground feedback to refine and enhance service delivery and product development.
- Manage Logistics: Oversee inventory, travel plans, and training schedules for seamless implementation across locations.
- Champion Proactive Care: Help shift the system from reactive crisis response to proactive, patient-centered health interventions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in healthcare delivery, digital health, or health technology within Tanzania.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Clinical Medicine, Medicine, or a related healthcare field.
- Strong project coordination skills — you’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in complex deployments.
- Fluent in Swahili and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to train, engage, and inspire diverse health professionals.
- Comfort with digital systems and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset committed to healthcare equity and quality.
