As a Service Delivery Officer, you’ll be the backbone of the credit documentation process, ensuring seamless preparation of Letters of Offer, disbursement memos, and other critical loan-related materials. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of DTB’s corporate loan processing, supporting high-value clients and strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely Letters of Offer and disbursement memos for all loan types including new, renewed, or restructured credit facilities.
- Coordinate collection and verification of title deeds and security documents from clients, legal firms, and banks.
- Maintain close liaison with lawyers to ensure timely preparation and submission of security documentation.
- Support the monitoring and control of the corporate lending portfolio to ensure risk mitigation and compliance.
- Collaborate with Credit Analysts, Relationship Managers, and Assistant RMs to ensure timely credit processing.
- Assess the creditworthiness of clients and assist in preparing detailed credit proposals.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of banking experience, preferably in Credit Administration or Marketing.
- Solid knowledge of credit processes and documentation for various types of facilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage diverse credit portfolios and support corporate clients.
Essential Skills
- Excellent analytical and financial interpretation skills.
- Strong command of written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- High level of confidentiality, discretion, and professional judgment.
- Team player with strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
