1. Driver Grade II – 5 Positions
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety.
- Transport staff to various official assignments.
- Perform minor vehicle maintenance and cleaning.
- Maintain accurate vehicle logbooks for every journey.
- Collect and deliver official documents.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
- Form IV certificate (Certificate of Secondary Education).
- A valid Class E or C driving license with at least one year of experience and a clean driving record.
- Completion of a Basic Driving Course from VETA or any recognized government institution.
Salary Scale
- Government Salary Scale: TGS B
2. Office Management Secretary Grade II – 4 Positions
Key Responsibilities
- Type official letters, reports, and confidential documents.
- Welcome visitors and assist them accordingly.
- Keep records of meetings, appointments, and official travel schedules.
- Retrieve and organize necessary files and documents.
- Distribute files and maintain proper filing systems.
- Prepare minutes and logistics for meetings.
- Manage office supply lists and requisitions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Form IV or VI certificate.
- Diploma in Secretarial Studies or NTA Level 6 in Secretarial Studies.
- Proven shorthand typing skills (100 words per minute) in both Kiswahili and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Email, and Publisher.
- Certification from a recognized institution.
Salary Scale
- Government Salary Scale: TGS C
General Application Requirements
- Applicants must be Tanzanian citizens aged between 18 and 45 years (except for current government employees).
- Include a verified birth certificate signed by a lawyer/advocate.
- Submit a detailed CV with reliable contact information and three reputable referees.
- For Driver positions, attach certified training certificates relevant to the required license categories.
