1. Driver Grade II – (2 Positions)
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect vehicles before and after trips to ensure safety.
- Transport staff to different official destinations.
- Carry out minor vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Collect and deliver official documents.
- Record all trip details in the logbook.
- Keep vehicles clean and well-maintained.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Completed Basic Driving Course from VETA, NIT, or any recognized institution.
- Valid driving license category C or E.
- Certificate of completion for O-level (Form Four).
- Trade test certificate is an added advantage.
- Age between 18 and 45 years.
- Prior work experience will be an added advantage.
2. Receptionist/Records Management – (4 Positions)
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive clients and enter details into the medical system for doctor consultations.
- Direct patients to appropriate service areas.
- Maintain accurate patient records using the hospital system.
- Provide guidance on payment procedures and enter details into the system.
- Manage and submit health insurance forms on time.
- Keep patient records well-organized and easily accessible.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Holder of a Certificate (Astashahada) in Records Management from a recognized institution.
- Completed O-level (Form Four).
- Age between 18 and 45 years.
- Must be a Tanzanian citizen with no criminal record.
- Experience in the field and computer skills will be an added advantage.
General Application Requirements
All applicants must:
- Be Tanzanian citizens aged 18–45 years.
- Attach copies of relevant academic and professional certificates.
- Attach a birth certificate.
- Avoid submitting forged documents (legal action will be taken against offenders).
- Include a detailed CV with work experience, contact details, and three referees.
- Attach two passport-size photos.
- Provide a National ID (NIDA) copy or NIDA number.
- Applications can be submitted in either Kiswahili or English.
- Applicants who meet the criteria will be invited for an interview.
